K&N does not make their oil filters they buy them. So save your $ and just buy an OEM filter. NAs that are not run hard really don't *need* synthetic. You might consider using Castrol 10/30 GTX. However, if yours is like mine and has had Syntec in it all its life, it sure does not hurt anything to continue. I just use it to extend my change intervals since it does not deteriorate as fast.
